Thank you for shopping with Midnight Stitch! We take care to package and ship every order so your new needlepoint goodies arrive safely. Please review our shipping policy for information about order processing, shipping timelines, and delivery.

Order Processing Times

In stock orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may vary during product launches, holidays, high-volume sales periods, or other circumstances.

Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping and delivery timeframe.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Midnight Stitch is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are purchases for products that are not yet ready to ship.

Estimated shipping dates for pre-orders will be communicated on the individual product listing whenever possible.

Pre-orders may have longer processing and fulfillment times than in-stock items due to production, manufacturing, or supply timelines.

If your pre-order experiences a significant delay, we will provide an update when possible.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, items may ship together once all products are available unless otherwise communicated.

Domestic Shipping

At this time, Midnight Stitch primarily ships within the United States.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at amidnightstitch@gmail.com. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes or delivery rerouting will be possible.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier's handling and delivery processes.

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears delayed, please contact us at amidnightstitch@gmail.com so we can help investigate.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend checking around your delivery area, with household members or neighbors, and contacting the shipping carrier.

Please reach out to us if you need additional assistance.

Incorrect or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number and clear photographs of the packaging and item, when applicable, so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution.

Digital Products

Digital products, including needlepoint charts, PDF files, and Stitchly-compatible files, are delivered electronically and are not physically shipped.

Customers will receive access to their digital purchases through the delivery method specified at checkout or through the applicable sales platform.

If you experience an issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

International Shipping

International shipping is not yet available. Any available international shipping options and applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country.
