Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

At Midnight Stitch, we want you to feel confident when placing an order. This policy explains how cancellations are handled for regular purchases and pre-orders.

Regular Orders

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at amidnightstitch@gmail.com.

We will do our best to accommodate cancellation requests. However, cancellations may not be possible once an order has entered the fulfillment, processing, or shipping stage.

If a cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled by contacting us at amidnightstitch@gmail.com before the order enters the fulfillment process.

Once a pre-order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If a pre-order is significantly delayed or we are unable to fulfill it, we will contact you regarding available options, which may include a full refund.

Digital Products

Digital downloads, including needlepoint charts, PDF files, and Stitchly-compatible files, are considered final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once purchased or downloaded, except where required by applicable law.

If you experience an issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us for assistance.

Refunds for Approved Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional processing time for your payment provider or financial institution to post the refund.
